Purtroppo capita qualche problema con la qualita’ dei prodotti banggood. Questa volta e’ un comparatore. Ne ho acquistati 2 e quello di destra e’ bloccato (vedi filmato). Ma devo dire che poco dopo aver mandato il video che descriveva il problema Banggood mi ha subito proposto il rimborso o il reinvio. Ho scelto il reinvio.
Unfortunately, there is some problem with the quality control of banggood products. This time it’s a comparator. I bought 2 and the right one is blocked (see movie). But I have to say that shortly after sending the video describing the problem, Banggood immediately offered me a refund or a resend. I chose the resend.
